How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple: open Settings on your iPhone → your name → Subscriptions → Composure → Cancel. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
How do I restore my subscription on a new device?
Open Composure → the subscription screen → Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in to the same Apple ID you subscribed with.
How do I delete my account and data?
In the app: Profile → Account → Delete account. This permanently erases your profile, practice history, and progress.
Does Composure record my voice?
Your speech is converted to text and the audio is immediately discarded. We keep text, not recordings. You can also practice entirely by typing. See the Privacy Policy.
